TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Division of Senior Citizens Closed Until Further Notice. DPHSS would like to inform the public that the Division of Senior Citizens will be closed effective 12 p.m., August 26, 2020 until further notice.
During the office closure, Division of Senior Citizens Providers will continue to provide the following services and can be contacted by the numbers listed below:
- Case Management Services - contact 735-3277
- Congregate Meals (Drive Thru /Home-Based) - contact your Senior Center Recreation Leader or Senior Center Operations 477-3454. For meal menu contact 649-9716 or 649-9727
- Home-Delivered Meals - contact 649-9716 or 649-9727
- In-Home Services - contact 735-3277
- Transportation Services for Medical and Hemodialysis - contact 647-7382 or 647-7392
- National Family Caregiver Support Program - contact 735-3277
- Adult Protective Services - For referrals to Adult Protective Services please contact 487-6429 or 487-6354. In the event you are unable to reach BAPS staff, please email Biba.SeniorCitizens@dphss.guam.gov
- Guma Serenidad 24-hour temporary emergency shelter for abused elderly (60 years of age and over) and adults with a disability (ages 18-59 years old) - contact 632-8853
- Guam Medicare Assistance Program (MAP) and State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for Medicare information - Biba.SeniorCitizens@dphss.guam.gov
